When you upgrade to the X-1 SinglePoint+ module you can prioritize and dispatch services in real time through X-1FBO.

With an easy-to-understand drag and drop menu you can dispatch any fueling or other services in order of priority. All that you have to do is drag and drop.

Once you drag the fueling or service to the dispatch list it will show up on the X-1 SinglePoint handheld in the order your team needs the services completed. This allows an LST or Fueler to simply start working their way down a prioritized list.

How it works:

In X-1FBO, select the "X-1 SinglePoint+" menu on the left side of your screen. You will see a list of all the pending fueling or services that need to be completed on the left and an open field on the right. To prioritize the fueling or services all you need to do is drag the service to the right and sort the fueling or services in the order needed. You can even edit those services directly from the lists. Once you are done, hit save and this will show on your Line Service Techs' list of "dispatched" services or fueling in the X-1 SinglePoint app. All they need to do is start at the top of the list and work their way down.

How it shows in X-1 SinglePoint:

Your Line Service techs will still see all pending services, as well as a new tab called "Dispatched", this is what's been dispatched out by service type (i.e. fuel, lav, GPU, etc...) In the image below you see that the fueling for N393KB has been added to the list as the next fueling that needs to be completed.

In our second example you can see that N393KB is the next aircraft that needs a Lav Service followed by N330GC.
