Bug Fixes:

  • User Permissions – Notifications Access:

    • Issue: Users with "Read Only" permissions under User/Role/Notifications could make edits.

    • Fix: The system now correctly enforces "Read Only" permissions, preventing users from making unauthorized changes.

  • Company Records from Amstat:

    • Issue: Company records created by Amstat defaulted to "Airline" in the description field.

    • Fix: New company records will now display accurate descriptions per the original data, eliminating incorrect default entries.

  • X-1 Portal – Fuel Order Decimals:

    • Issue: The system was not applying the defined decimal settings for products when ordering fuel through the X-1 Portal.

    • Fix: Decimal settings for products are now correctly utilized, ensuring precise fuel order quantities.

  • QuickQuote – Cost Visibility:

    • Issue: Costs were visible in QuickQuote even when the "Use Base Price" permission was enabled.

    • Fix: Costs are now hidden in QuickQuote for users with the "Use Base Price" permission, maintaining pricing confidentiality.

  • Unbilled Fuel Load Report – Label Update:

    • Issue: The label "Customer" was misleading in the Unbilled Fuel Load report.

    • Fix: The label has been updated to "Owners" to reflect the report's content more accurately.

  • Inventory Operation Log Report – Terminology Simplification:

    • Issue: The word "tank" was unnecessarily included in the TopOff/Transfer operations.

    • Fix: Removed the word "tank" to streamline terminology and improve report readability.

  • SinglePoint V3 – Service Requests:

    • Issue: In the Coffee, Ice, and Papers service, selecting the "Local" option in the "Paper" section was not saving in requests.

    • Fix: The "Local" selection is now properly saved and reflected in service requests.

Improvements:

  • Optimized Report Filters:

    • Update: We've updated the 'Customers' and 'Tail' filter fields in reports to optimize performance for faster data retrieval and a smoother user experience.

  1. Owned Inventory Report – BOL Column Addition:

    • Enhancement: Added a "BOL" (Bill of Lading) column to the export version of the Owned Inventory Report for more comprehensive data analysis.

  2. Accounting Hub – Date Filter Sorting:

    • Enhancement: Introduced a "Sort by Activity/Posting" option to the date filter in the Accounting Hub, enabling more flexible and efficient data sorting.

  3. X-1 SinglePoint V3

    – Standalone Fueling Simplification:

    • Update: Removed the requirement for the QTY (Quantity) field when creating standalone fueling in SP V3, simplifying the fueling process.

    – Accurate Fuel Request Dates:

    – Fuel On Board Option:

    • Enhancement: Added the Fuel on Board option to request and services screens in SP V3 for greater flexibility and accuracy in fuel management.

      -Avoid Duplicate Fueling

    • Update: A warning message has been implemented to prevent users from completing a fuel order that was previously accepted/completed:

    – Dispatch Order Icon:

    • Update: Included the dispatch order and its icon on the Pending Fuelings screen in SP V3 to improve order tracking and management.

    – Fueling Screen Adjustments:

    • Enhancement: Moved Nozzle Pressure, Pre-Check, and Filter DP fields to the Complete Fueling screen for better workflow organization.

    – Fuel Completion Screen Enhancements:

    • Enhancement: Added REQ QTY (Requested Quantity) and Notes fields to the Fuel Completion screen to capture essential fueling details.

    – Truck Balances Display:

    • Update: Added truck balances to the Services tab in SP V3 for easier monitoring of fuel quantities

Fuel Management Settings – Enter Meters Option:

    • Enhancement: Moved the Only Enter Meter option from a user permission setting to Fuel Management > Settings.

      • Note: This option will be enabled by default for environments with at least one user who previously had the EnterMeterOnly permission active in their use roles.

Administrators can manually turn it off for each truck as needed.
