Bugs We Fixed

In this release, our development team has diligently addressed several critical issues to enhance the stability and functionality of our software. Here are the key bugs that have been resolved:

  1. Incorrect Invoice Print-Out Views:

    • Issue: The system was pulling the regular invoice view instead of the simplified version when users attempted to print simplified invoices.

    • Fix: We corrected the invoice generation logic to ensure the simplified invoice view is accurately selected and printed. Now, when you choose the simplified invoice option, the system will display and print the correct version without any discrepancies.

  2. Accounting Lock Date Error:

    • Issue: An extra day was being added to the Accounting Lock date when saving entries, leading to inaccurate date records.

    • Fix: The date handling mechanism has been refined to prevent the addition of unintended days. Accounting Lock dates are now saved accurately, ensuring precise financial record-keeping.

  3. Contact Search Functionality:

    • Issue: When searching for a contact from a request, the system was displaying all contacts in the database instead of filtering to show only those from the company's profile, despite the autofill setting being enabled.

    • Fix: We enhanced the contact search algorithm to respect the autofill settings fully. Now, searching for contacts will correctly filter and display only those associated with your company's profile, streamlining your workflow and reducing clutter.

  4. Fuel Load Quantity Validation:

    • Issue: Users were able to enter fuel loads with mismatching net and partial quantities by changing the received date of the load, thereby bypassing the requirement for quantities to match.

    • Fix: Stricter validation rules have been implemented to ensure that fuel load quantities must match regardless of any changes to the received date. This prevents data inconsistencies and maintains the integrity of fuel load records.

  5. Inconsistency in Fuel Statement Report for Avgas Transactions:

    • Issue: The Fuel Statement Report was not displaying decimal points for Avgas transactions, leading to incomplete financial data.

    • Fix: The report formatting has been corrected to include decimal points for all Avgas transactions. This ensures that financial reports are accurate and reflective of all transaction details.

Improvements

1. Ability to Refund Zero $ Contract Invoice

  • What Changed: Users can now issue refunds for contract fuel transactions that have a value of $0.00.

  • Why It’s Useful: This update provides greater flexibility in managing contract transactions, allowing you to accurately process refunds even when there is no monetary charge. It ensures that all necessary adjustments can be made seamlessly, enhancing the accuracy of your financial and contractual records.

2. Inventory Ownership Report: Rebuilt and Renamed

  • What Changed: The "Owned Inventory Report" has been rebuilt and renamed to the "Inventory Ownership Report" for improved clarity. The report now features updated columns, organized into "Inventory In" and "Inventory Out" sections to highlight key information.

  • Why It’s Useful: The new name more accurately represents the report’s purpose, making it easier for you to locate and analyze your inventory ownership details effectively.

3. Simplified Requirements for Deicing Gallons/Ratios in X1 and SinglePoint

  • What Changed: We have removed the requirement for entering gallons/ratios for the Deicing service.

  • Why It’s Useful: This change reduces the complexity and time needed to enter data, allowing for quicker and more straightforward inventory processing. It eliminates unnecessary steps, making your workflow smoother.

  • Note: Weather conditions specs added

4. Added Flight Type to Sales Customer/Detail Report Export

  • What Changed: The Flight Type field has been added to the export view of the Sales Customer/Detail Report.

  • Why It’s Useful: Including Flight Type in your reports provides more detailed insights into your sales data. This additional information helps you analyze sales patterns based on flight types, enabling better decision-making and targeted strategies.

5. Allow Partial Refunds of Retail Items on Contract Transactions

  • What Changed: Users can now process partial refunds for retail items, such as fees, which are part of an original contract transaction involving contracted fuel items.

  • Why It’s Useful: This enhancement offers greater flexibility in managing refunds, allowing you to adjust transactions more accurately without needing to refund the entire amount. It improves customer satisfaction by accommodating partial return requests and streamlines financial management within contract transactions.

6. FuelerLinx Integration is Back

  • Why It’s Useful: Users can update their weekly fuel price and automatically display this update on their FBO Fuelerlinx account.
