Bugs We Fixed
In this release, our development team has diligently addressed several critical issues to enhance the stability and functionality of our software. Here are the key bugs that have been resolved:
1. Unable to Delete Company Due to Credit Memo Invoice
Issue: The system incorrectly recognized Credit Memo invoices as pending transactions.
Fix: The system no longer accounts for Credit Memos as outstanding transactions, allowing for proper company deletion.
2. World Fuel Contracts Not Capturing Flight Number with Specific Profiles
Issue: Some World Fuel profiles lacked a flight number field during payment processing.
Fix: The system now captures the flight number field directly from the invoice.
3. World Fuel Contract/Business Rules Error 2015: Transaction Requires at Least One Line Item
Issue: The processor did not capture Into Plane fees when Fuel on Board was set to zero quantity.
Fix: Into Plane lines are now sent to the processor only when the fuel line quantity is zero.
4. A/R Invoice Adjustments Recording Incorrect Activity Date in Accounting Hub
Issue: Invoice adjustments were recording the payment received date instead of the activity date.
Fix: Adjustments now correctly record the actual adjustment date.
5. Quick Quote loading incorrect pricing with updated aircraft model categories.
Issue: Quoting old category prices
Fix: Updated category pricing is now accurately captured
6. Defuel Operations Displaying Self-Serve Pumps
Issue: Locations with self-serve Jet A pumps and defuel operations incorrectly displayed pumps as selectable warehouses for defueling.
Fix: The system now correctly displays only trucks with the defuel setting enabled.
7. Inventory Ownership Report - Data Discrepancy.
Issue: Fuel tickets depleting from different fuel lots were being duplicated.
Fix: Showing fuel tickets once.
8. SinglePoint V3 – Unable to Edit/Add Booking Services
Issue: Users were unable to add or edit notes for catering, hotel, and transportation services.
Fix: Note fields for these services are now fully editable.
9. Cloud Connect – Automatic Fueling/Fueler Info Missing
Issue: Fueler details were not displaying on fuel tickets in X-1.
Fix: Fueler data is now displayed for new fuelings.
10. Cloud Connect – Automatic Fueling/Customer Inventory Data Discrepancy
Issue: Fuel tickets displayed FBO inventory instead of inventory assigned from the company profile.
Fix: Fuel tickets now accurately display the inventory owner as configured.
