Bugs We Fixed
Our development team has addressed several critical issues to improve the stability and functionality of our software. Here are the key bug fixes in this release:
Fuel Management Reports – Decimal Place Alignment
Issue: Balances and costs were displaying additional decimal places that did not align with the fuel product setup.
Fix: Reports now display decimal places according to the product setup.
Note: Our team is actively working on resolving the same issue for meter values.
Expiration Date Format – Avfuel Processor
Issue: The system lacked a standardized expiration date format, allowing unrestricted entries.
Fix: The expiration date field is now formatted as MM/YY to ensure consistency.
X-1Pay Direct Debit – Address Length Error
Issue: An uncontrolled error occurred when a bank account address exceeded 60 characters.
Fix: The system now supports full address entries, up to 250 characters, per processor limitations.
Batch History Page – Icon Display Issue
Issue: The Print and Export icons did not adjust properly to screen resolution changes.
Fix: Icons now remain aligned and display correctly when zooming in and out.
Improvements
Titan Contract Fuel Transactions – Refund Validation
What Changed: The system no longer allows contract fuel transactions to be refunded by dollar amount—only by fuel quantity.
Why It’s Useful: Since contract transactions do not transmit dollar amounts to the processor, restricting refunds to the quantity field prevents rejections.
AHT Payment Response Time Increased
What Changed: The X-1 payment response time was previously standardized to 60 seconds, but AHT processors can take up to 90 seconds to approve payments.
Why It’s Useful: Aligning with the processor’s timing prevents duplicate charges and transaction errors.
