Bugs We Fixed:

Fuel Ticket – Jet A Already Billed Error
Issue: Users encountered an error when moving a Jet A line item from retail to contract.
Fix: Resolved the issue to allow seamless transfers without errors.

FlightBridge Integration – POL Field
Issue: FlightBridge (FB) reservations were not receiving the Pull On Line (POL) field from X-1, and it was being removed when receiving reservation updates from FB.
Fix: X-1 now properly communicates the POL field with FB.

Behavior Notes:

  • If a request comes from FB and the FBO has automatic POL enabled, the system prioritizes the automatic setting, recalculating POL values accordingly.

  • If a user manually modifies the POL field in X-1FBO, the manually entered value takes precedence.

Inventory Ownership Report – Duplicate Records
Issue: Fuel tickets depleting from both a Defuel lot and an FBO lot were displayed twice.
Fix: Adjusted report data to eliminate duplicate records.

Bulk Fuel Ticket Print Report – Missing Signature
Issue: Signed fuel tickets were not displaying signatures in the report.
Fix: Resolved the issue to ensure signatures appear as expected.

Daily Close – Delete User Role Permission
Issue: Users without permission to delete Daily Closes were still able to proceed.
Fix: Adjusted permissions to enforce restrictions correctly.

Customer Profile – EIN Field Missing
Issue: The EIN field was not displaying after saving and exiting the customer profile.
Fix: The EIN number now remains visible when returning to the profile.

QuickBooks Online Integration – Incorrect Company Name Mapping
Issue: The system was creating a new customer under X-1’s name instead of mapping invoices to the existing customer in QuickBooks.
Fix: Invoices now sync correctly under the mapped company name.

SinglePoint – Missing Fuel Types on Fuel Load
Issue: The SAF fuel type was not displaying due to sharing a master item name with Jet A.
Fix: Adjusted the system to ensure all fuel products display correctly by item name.

Improvements:

Fuel Pumped/Customer Report Optimization

  • What Changed: The report was restructured for faster data retrieval.

  • Why It’s Useful: Improves speed and eliminates data loading errors.

User Role Permission – Show Price Breakdown

  • What Changed: Users without this permission selected were unable to access the OTD price breakdown.

  • Why It’s Useful: Prevents unauthorized visibility of sensitive pricing information.
