All terminals are pre-configured and shipped with setup and inspection instructions. The addition of these terminals radically improve security and compliance.

Terminal Setup & Usage
Check Serial Number: Verify against shipment notice and inspect for damage using the provided inspection instructions.
Mode: All terminals ship in "desk" mode by default
Finding Terminal Number: During invoicing, the terminal number displayed for selection is the serial number located on the device.
Connectivity: Terminals support both Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
Multi-user Access: Shared use is supported across team members.
Supported Payments
Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
EMV, Swipe, and Manual Entry (Although manual entry is available it's not recommended)
Aviation Cards (e.g., Avfuel, World Fuel, Titan)
🚫 Not supported: Phillips 66 and Colt payment methods
⚠️ Important: Always select the correct payment method (standard credit card vs. aviation card) to ensure proper pricing and avoid system errors.
Settlement & Voids
Automatic Settlement
Daily auto-settlement at midnight (FBO’s local time)
Transaction Timing

Disbursement & Reporting
Payout Timing: Typically 2 business days after the transaction

Issued and emailed to designated users automatically.
