Bugs We Fixed:

Request Payment by Email Error
Issue: The system was not sending payment requests by email when multiple recipients were selected.
Fix: The system now supports sending payment requests to multiple email addresses.

Error Placing a Card on File with Phillips 66 Processor
Issue: Attempting to place a card on file from the customer profile resulted in an error.
Fix: The issue has been resolved, and cards can now be saved without errors.

X-1CC Ticket Validation Error
Issue: The system was validating fuelings with discrepancies against the E-Ticket during payment processing.
Fix: The system now allows payment of fuelings without validating tickets that mismatch E-Ticket data.

QTPod Import Validation
Issue: QTPod import data sometimes included quantity and unit price values that did not calculate correctly, resulting in invoice totals that didn’t match. This caused unbalanced invoices and errors with accounting integrations.
Fix: Validation has been added to detect and prevent the creation of invoices when imported QTPod data does not align mathematically.

Unlinking E-Ticket Issue
Issue: When unlinking an E-Ticket, the meter not used value was incorrectly updated.
For example: In a operation where only the front meter was moved, unlinking the E-Ticket also updated the rear meter incorrectly.
Fix: The meter not used value now remains unchanged when unlinking an E-Ticket, preserving accurate meter data.

End-of-Month Inventory Detail Report
Issue: The report incorrectly displayed the current system balance as the starting balance.
Fix: The report now correctly displays the start balance.

SinglePoint Tenancy Icon in Requests
Issue: The tenancy type icon appeared as a flashing triangle.
Fix: The tenancy icons are now displayed correctly.

Improvements:

Concierge Reservations – “Unknown” Option for ‘Who is it For’

What Changed: An "Unknown" option has been added to the Who is it for field in concierge reservations for hotel bookings, car rentals, and catering.

Why It’s Helpful: This allows users to proceed with reservations even when the traveler’s name is not yet known, supporting flexibility in time-sensitive or preliminary bookings.

Request Autofill – Limit to First 10 Contacts

What Changed: For FBOs with the Autofill Contact Information in the Request setting enabled, the system now limits the number of auto-filled contacts to the first 10 when a customer has more than 10 saved contacts.

Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement improves performance and usability by preventing excessive contact loading, allowing for faster request creation and a more streamlined interface.

Note: Additional contacts can still be added manually if needed.

X-1Portal – Display Bank Accounts on File for X1 Pay Direct Debit

What Changed: When selecting the X1 Pay Direct Debit payment method in X-1Portal, the system now displays bank accounts on file from the customer profile.

Why It’s Helpful: This streamlines the payment process by allowing users to easily select an existing bank account, reducing manual entry and potential errors.

World Fuel – Contract Sales

What Changed: X-1 now sends the optional field CFTripType in the XML payload to indicate whether a transaction is International or Domestic.

Why It’s Helpful: This update ensures alignment with processor requirements and supports accurate payment settlement, as some merchants apply different rates based on the trip type.

Prevent Duplicate Fuel Ticket Linking Across Requests

What Changed: The system now blocks fuel tickets from being linked to more than one request. If a ticket is already associated with another request, users will see a message prompting them to unlink it before proceeding.

Why It’s Useful: Previously, a single fuel ticket could be linked to multiple requests, leading to duplicate entries in the Fuel Inventory screen—identical ticket and invoice numbers, but different request numbers. This update ensures cleaner data and prevents confusion in inventory tracking.

Close Period Adjustment – Transferred Equipment Between Network Locations

What Changed: Close period adjustment operations now accurately reflect equipment transferred balance based on the specified date and time.

Why It’s Useful: This enhancement helps prevent significant fuel variances at the end of the month, ensuring more accurate inventory reconciliation.

Cloud Connect – Fuel Transfer Operations

What Changed: SinglePoint devices were previously not connecting to Cloud Connect for fuel transfer operations, requiring manual entry of meter values. This issue has been resolved, allowing seamless integration between SinglePoint and Cloud Connect during transfers.

Why It’s Helpful: Presetting Cloud Connect with SinglePoint for fuel transfer operations eliminates manual entry, minimizes errors, and improves overall operational efficiency.

SinglePoint – Session Timeout Handling

What Changed: When a user's session token expires in SinglePoint, the system now displays a message indicating the session has ended for security reasons and automatically redirects the user to the login screen.

Why It’s Helpful: This update prevents unexpected errors during browsing by ensuring expired sessions are properly closed, enhancing both system stability and security.

SinglePoint – “Fuel On Board” Option in Fueling Module

What Changed: The "Fuel On Board" option is now available when creating a new fueling directly from the Fueling module in SinglePoint.

Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement ensures users can complete fuelings from the Fueling module without missing required data, streamlining operations and improving workflow flexibility.
