Bugs We Fixed:

Duplicate Cargo Flight Type Resolved

Issue: A duplicate cargo flight type was causing confusion, requiring users to select both types when running reports to ensure all cargo flights were included.

Resolution: The duplicate cargo flight type has been removed. All historical records previously associated with the deleted type have been consolidated under the remaining active flight type.

Refueling Invoice Unlink Failure.

Issue: When a refueling is created using a defuel lot and FBO Inventory, and an invoice is generated and paid through the Fuel Inventory > Create Invoice menu, canceling that invoice does not properly unlink the associated refueling transaction.

Resolution: Logic has been corrected to ensure that when a paid invoice is canceled, the system now properly unlinks the associated refueling transaction, restoring it to an unbilled state.

Statements Page - Duplicate Data from Deleted DirectBill Profile.

Issue: The statements page was displaying statements for deleted company profiles, which could result in duplicates when a company was recreated using the same name. Since both profiles shared the same name, this led to confusion and potential misreporting.

Resolution: Inactive Direct Bill customer profiles now display “(Inactive)” next to the company name in the statements page to clearly distinguish them from active profiles.

Fuel Ticket - Company Owned Inventory Not Displaying.

Issue: Company-owned inventory was not appearing in the Inventory dropdown when creating fuel tickets from E-Tickets in the Pending X-1CC tab under the Fuel Farm and Refueler pages. This caused the system to default to and deplete inventory from the FBO’s inventory instead.

Resolution: This issue has been resolved. Company-owned inventory now correctly appears in the Inventory dropdown when creating fuel tickets from the Pending X-1CC tab.

Master Fuel Journal Page - "$ Not Pumped" Loading Error.

Issue: The Master Fuel Journal page was experiencing a loading timeout error when accessing the “$ Not Pumped” section, preventing users from viewing relevant data.

Resolution: The loading issue has been resolved, and the “$ Not Pumped” section now loads as expected without timing out.

Daily Close - Missing Error Messages.

Issue: The Error column in the Daily Close page was displaying error counts without corresponding messages, making it unclear what issues needed to be addressed.

Resolution: Error messages for Meter Break, Meter Overlap, and Ending Meter Mismatch are now correctly displayed, allowing users to identify and resolve issues more efficiently.

Daily Close - Time Zone Correction.

Issue: The Daily Close function was previously recording data based on the user's browser time zone rather than the FBO’s local time. This discrepancy affected key totals for the closed period, including:

  • Total Fuel Sold

  • Fuel Added

  • Fuel Pumped

  • FBO System Total

  • Company System Total

Resolution: The Daily Close process has been updated to use the time zone specified in the FBO profile. This ensures all recorded activity aligns accurately with the FBO’s local operational time.

Improvements:

POL Field Tooltip Enhancement

What's New: An info (tooltip) button has been added next to the POL (Point of Load) field in the request when the Do not update POL with integration updates setting is OFF.

Why It's Helpful: This tooltip provides clear guidance on how the POL field behaves based on integration updates, reducing confusion and helping users understand when to manually input the POL to override automatic updates.

Logic Summary: When the Do not update POL with integration updates setting is OFF, an info button is displayed next to the POL field in the request. The tooltip text explains that POL updates automatically based on estimated departure times from FlightBridge and TRX integrations, and manual entry is needed to prevent updates for specific crew requests.
When the setting is ON, the tooltip text clarifies that POL remains static, even if estimated departure times change through integrations.

Invoice Print – Salesperson Last Name Removed

What’s New: Invoice printouts now display only the first name of the salesperson, omitting the last name.

Why It’s Helpful: This change enhances FBO staff privacy and security by limiting the exposure of personal information on printed customer documents.

Invoice Print Update for Avfuel Pro Card Transactions Processed as Retail

What’s New: Previously, invoices paid with the Avfuel Pro Card were coded to display fuel prices as On Contract, even when the transaction was processed as Retail—such as when honoring a CAA membership rate. This behavior has been corrected. Now, invoice printouts accurately reflect fuel pricing when the transaction are processed as retail.

Why It’s Helpful: This update ensures invoice accuracy and transparency, reducing confusion for customers and helping staff provide clear, consistent documentation aligned with payment terms.

“After Hours/Call Out” Now Remapped to “Overtime Charge” for AirCard Transactions via Avfuel

What’s New: The X-1 master item name “After Hours/Call Out” is now automatically remapped to “Overtime Charge” when processing AirCard transactions through Avfuel.

Why It’s Helpful: This update ensures consistent terminology and helps reduce confusion during transaction review and reconciliation, aligning better with Avfuel’s billing standards.

X-1Portal Fuel Ticket Printout Font Updated

What’s New: The font used on fuel ticket printouts from X-1Portal has been updated to match the standardized X-1FBO font format for consistency across platforms.

Why It’s Helpful: This update ensures a more uniform and professional appearance of printed fuel tickets, improving readability and aligning branding across systems.

System Warning Added When Unlinking Fuel Operations from Requests

What’s New: A system warning now appears when unlinking a fuel operation from a request. The message reads:

“By unlinking this fueling from the request, the fuel service will be marked as 'Pending' in the request and will appear under Pending Fueling on desktop and SinglePoint devices, increasing the risk of misfuelling. Would you like to proceed?”

Why It’s Helpful: This warning helps prevent unintentional service disruptions or safety risks by making users aware of the operational impact before proceeding, ultimately reducing the chance of misfuelling.

New FBO Profile Level Setting – Hide FBO/Airport-Based Requests from On-Site Tab

What’s New: A new setting has been added that allows users to hide FBO/Airport-Based requests from appearing in the On Site tab of the Request List page. This setting can be found by navigating to FBO Settings > FBO Profile > Request tab.

Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement provides better control over the visibility of requests, allowing teams to reduce clutter and focus on transient or relevant traffic within the On Site view.

Accounting Hub – ‘Export Selected’ Option Added Under More Actions

What’s New: Previously, the default export from the Accounting Hub grid did not display refund quantities as negative values. This behavior has been corrected when using the new ‘Export Selected’ option available under More Actions.

Why It’s Helpful: This improvement ensures greater accuracy in exported financial data, particularly for reporting and reconciliation, by correctly representing refund quantities.
