Bugs We Fixed:
Invoice – Full Refund Rounding Issue
Issue: For Avfuel, World Fuel, and Phillips 66 invoices, the Full Refund modal occasionally displayed rounding discrepancies, preventing refunds from being processed.
Fix: Adjusted rounding logic in the Full Refund modal to ensure values match accurately and allow refunds as expected.
GL Account Deletion – Missing Warning
Issue: When deleting a GL account linked to a tax setting, no warning message is displayed.
Fix: Added a warning message to alert users that the GL account must be disassociated from the tax setting before deletion can proceed.
AR Payment – Reference Field Character Limit
Issue: Accounts Receivable payments allowed unlimited characters in the Reference field, but entries exceeding 250 characters caused payments to fail landing in the Accounting Hub and syncing with the accounting system.
Fix: Implemented validation to limit the Reference field to 250 characters, with a warning message to prevent overlong entries.
Fuel Ticket Linking – Refunded Invoice Validation
Issue: Fuel tickets could be linked to refunded invoices.
Fix: The system now blocks fuel tickets from being linked to refunded invoices to prevent billing errors.
Fuel Inventory – Invoice Linking Validation Exception
Issue: The system blocks linking an invoice to a fueling that no longer has an invoice, even after unlinking the previous one.
Fix: Removed the validation when the fueling has no request and no invoice, allowing invoice linking in this case.
SinglePoint - Icon Color Behavior
Issue: The Pending Services icon did not display consistently. It was expected to show blue when only one service existed or when all services were in process, but it was not behaving as intended.
Fix: Updated icon behavior to display blue when only one service exists or all associated services are in process, improving visual consistency for users.
SinglePoint Fueling Tab – Release Fueling Button
Issue: The Release Fueling button was missing from the truck options in the Fueling tab, preventing users from releasing fueling directly from that interface.
Fix: Added the Release Fueling button to the truck options within the Fueling tab, enabling users to complete fueling release actions more efficiently.
X-1PAY Point of Sale – Invoice View Overlapping Elements
Issue: In the X-1PAY Point of Sale app, when an invoice contains many line items, the information on the payment screen becomes overlapped, making it difficult to view and confirm details before payment.
Fix: Updated the layout of the invoice view to prevent overlapping and ensure all information is displayed clearly.
X-1PAY Point of Sale Print – Contract Payment Subtotal Display
Issue: When processing a Contract type payment, the invoice print incorrectly displayed a subtotal for contract items.
Fix: Contract items no longer display an amount on the invoice print.
X-1PAY Point of Sale Print – Missing Quantity on Contract Payments
Issue: When printing an invoice with a Contract payment type, the quantity (QTY) values were incorrectly displayed as 0. Quantity information should display accurately.
Fix: Updated the invoice print to correctly display quantity values for Contract payment items.
