Bugs We Fixed:
Request History Dates Not Reflecting FBO Local Time
Issue: Dates in the Request History were displayed in Zulu time, causing inconsistencies across integrated systems and the user interface.
Fix: Updated the system to display dates in the FBO’s local time zone. The change was validated across all integrations (FB, TRX, Portal, SP) and confirmed against the FBO profile time zone setting and database records.
Prevent Linking Fuel Tickets to Refunded Invoices or with Quantity Mismatch
Issue: The system currently allows linking fuel tickets to invoices based only on customer name and tail number, which can result in invalid associations such as linking to refunded invoices or invoices with mismatched fuel quantities.
Fix: Implemented two additional validations for linking fuel tickets to invoices:
Fuel tickets cannot be linked to invoices with a “Refunded” status.
Fuel quantities on the ticket and invoice must match to allow linking.
These validations improve data accuracy and prevent incorrect invoice-ticket associations.
Refund Shows Incorrect Cost When Original Invoice Has Zero Cost
Issue: When an original invoice has a cost of zero, the refund incorrectly displays a cost value. This leads to inaccurate refund data, especially for FBOs using reporting tools like X-1 Intelligence (Data Layer).
Fix: Refunds now correctly reflect a cost of zero if the original invoice had no cost, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
Sales Taxes Summary Report Shows Incorrect Data
Issue: When an invoice is saved in “Ready” status and then paid, the Sales Taxes Summary report incorrectly shows the taxable sales amount as zero.
Fix: The report has been fixed to correctly display the taxable sales amount, even if the invoice was saved in “Ready” status before payment.
Improvements:
Link Defuel Tickets to Processed Invoices
What’s New: You can now link defuel tickets to invoices in Ready, Processing, or Paid status. The system also validates the invoice status, prevents duplicate linking, shows confirmation or error messages, and logs each action with user and timestamp.
Why It’s Helpful: This improves operational traceability and accounting accuracy by ensuring defuel tickets are properly associated with the correct invoices, while reducing the risk of errors or duplicate links.
X-1Cafe Setup and Checkout Enhancements
What’s New:
You can now choose whether to display the promo discount code option during checkout. The user interface has been streamlined for a faster checkout experience, and a sound notification now plays when a café sale is completed.
Why It’s Helpful:
These updates provide more flexibility in configuring the café experience, speed up transactions, and give staff clear confirmation when a sale is processed.
New Payment Setting for QTPOD Import Transactions
What’s New: A new checkbox, “Use for QTPOD import,” has been added to the MSA processor payment settings. When enabled, the system automatically selects MSA as the processor for QTPOD-imported transactions only.
Why It’s Helpful: This allows QTPOD transactions to use a different processor (MSA) than the one configured for the X-1, ensuring the correct holding account is used and improving reconciliation accuracy.
Improved Page Performance and Responsiveness
What’s New: Several pages in the system have been optimized to load faster and respond more smoothly when navigating or performing actions.
Why It’s Helpful: These improvements reduce wait times, enhance overall performance, and create a more seamless experience when working across key parts of the platform.
