Bugs We Fixed:
Ramp Overnight Count Display Issue
Issue: In some cases, invoices created from the Request List displayed the correct ramp overnight count initially, but after saving and reopening the invoice under Accounting > Working Invoice, the number of nights to be charged would decrease unexpectedly.
Fix: The system now correctly preserves the ramp overnight count after saving, ensuring consistency between the initial invoice view and the working invoice.
Refresh Quantity Button Not Applying Price Rules
Issue: When using the Refresh Qty button within an invoice or request, the system did not apply the relevant price rules, such as waived quantities. This led to incorrect quantities or pricing, including duplicated values or missing rule applications.
Fix: The system now correctly applies applicable price rules when refreshing quantities, ensuring accurate invoicing and consistent behavior across fueling scenarios for both FBO and aircraft owner accounts.
Invoices with Contract Fuel Payments Misrouted to Holding Account
Issue: Invoices with contract fuel payments that were moved to Ready status were incorrectly routed to the Contract Fuel Holding account instead of the associated Customer Holding account, leading to misaligned accounting records.
Fix: The system now correctly assigns invoices with contract fuel payments to the appropriate Customer Holding account once they reach Ready status.
Automatic Fueling Feature Not Updating Service Status
Issue: In some cases, when a fueling was completed through SinglePoint and the request was created using the Automatic Fueling setting, the service status did not update to Completed on the Pending Fuelings screen and Request List as expected.
Fix: The system now properly updates the service status upon fueling completion when using the automatic fueling feature, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all relevant screens.
Accounting Hub – Duplicate Card Payments When Payment Failed and Retried
Issue: The system was generating duplicate Card Payment records when a payment attempt failed and was then retried successfully. This affected both AEG Fuel contract payments and X-1Pay processor transactions, with one record created for the failed attempt and another for the successful one.
Fix: The system now generates a Card Payment record only for successful transactions. Failed or cancelled attempts are no longer stored, ensuring accurate payment data and preventing duplication in accounting.
Inconsistent Payment Errors for Bulk and Standard Payments on Portal
Issue: Users encountered different error messages when attempting to process payments using Bulk Payment or standard payment through the Portal with X-PAY processor. In both cases, the payment was blocked and could not be completed.
Fix: The system now handles both Bulk and standard payment flows consistently, allowing successful processing with X-PAY and displaying accurate error handling when needed.
Requests Pull on Line (POL) Not Recording for Portal and SinglePoint Reservations
Issue: The POL field was not being recorded when reservations were created through SinglePoint or the X-1 Portal, resulting in missing POL entries in the reservation activity.
Fix: The system now correctly records the POL status for reservations created from both SinglePoint and the X-1 Portal, ensuring accurate activity tracking and execution.
Improvements:
Fuel Type Watermark Now Included on Invoice Printouts
What’s New: All invoice printouts now include a fuel type watermark, automatically pulled from the FBO item name
• Displays exactly as named in the FBO Item (e.g., Jet A w/ FSII)
• Applies to all invoice statuses
• Invoices with multiple fuel types will not display a watermark
Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement improves clarity on printed invoices by clearly identifying the fuel type, supporting safety efforts and helping prevent misfuelings
Note: If you prefer not to display the watermark, X-1 Support can assist with removal upon request
Improved Message When Deleting Data with Pending Activity
What’s New: The system now displays a detailed message when attempting to delete a customer and tail with pending activity, such as unpaid invoices, services or requests.
The new message includes a list of specific locations where activity is preventing deletion
Especially helpful for network FBOs where customer data is shared across multiple locations
Replaces the previous generic message, making it easier to identify and resolve issues
Old Message:
"This customer cannot be removed. There are either invoices not paid or pending requests."
New Message:
"This customer cannot be removed. There are unpaid invoices or pending requests in the following locations: [Location 1], [Location 2], etc. Please resolve these before proceeding with deletion."
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement provides clear, location-specific guidance, reducing guesswork and streamlining the resolution process for customer record management.
Avfuel Fuel Releases - Tail Numbers with “or Sub”
What’s New: The system now supports tail numbers containing “or Sub”, commonly used for ANYTAIL transactions, during the refund and checkout process.
Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement gives FBOs greater flexibility and control when processing fuel releases tied to non-specific or placeholder aircraft. Whether it’s a last-minute aircraft change or a shared tail number, transactions can now be handled with confidence and accuracy, right from checkout.
Avfuel Fuel Releases – Active Fuel Releases Now Defaulted and Filterable
What’s New: The Avfuel Fuel Release list now defaults to display Active Fuel Releases when loaded. Selecting this option automatically disables the date range filters, providing a cleaner and more focused view.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement streamlines fuel release management by immediately surfacing relevant, active records. It reduces the need for manual filtering and saves time when reviewing upcoming or valid fuel releases.
Improved Email Service Error Messaging
What’s New: We’ve enhanced the email service in X-1 to display clearer and more informative error messages when email delivery fails.
Why It’s Helpful: Improved messaging helps users quickly understand and resolve email-related issues, reducing confusion and support requests.
Fuel Inventory Received Report Now Includes Totals
What’s New: The Fuel Inventory Received Details Report now displays a total quantity at the bottom of the grid for each fuel type.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement makes it easier to quickly review and reconcile fuel received quantities without needing to manually calculate totals—saving time and reducing errors during inventory audits or reporting.
SinglePoint App – Add Customer from Standalone Fuel Ticket
What’s New: You can now add a customer directly when creating a standalone fuel ticket in SinglePoint, using the same workflow available in Schedule > New Fuel Order. The Company field is now included during fueling creation, allowing you to select or assign the customer when entering a tail number.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement streamlines the fueling process by removing the need to assign customers elsewhere. It saves time and ensures all fuelings are accurately linked to the correct customer—without leaving the fueling screen.
SinglePoint App – FSII Selection Carried Over from Service Request
What’s New: When initiating fueling in SinglePoint, the FSII selection (Positive or Negative) now carries over automatically from the original Service Request into Step 2 of the fueling workflow.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement ensures consistency between the Service Request and the fueling ticket, reducing manual input, saving time, and helping prevent errors during the fueling process.
SinglePoint App – Total Gallons Now Displayed in Complete Fueling Screens
What’s New: The Complete Fueling screen now displays the total gallons pumped, including support for fuelings using multiple meters. The QTY field in the More Details section now reflects the Requested QTY, while the actual amount dispensed is shown as Total Gallons.
Additionally, the Total Gallons value is now visible in the Logs Details section for improved tracking.
Why It’s Helpful: This enhancement provides greater visibility into the actual fuel dispensed, helping reduce errors, improve accountability, and streamline reporting at the end of each shift.
X-1 Cafe – “Working” Status Invoices Now Displayed in a Separate Tab
What’s New: Invoices in a Working status (typically due to failed or abandoned payment attempts) are now displayed in a separate Pending tab within the X-1 Cafe > Receipts module. This update ensures that the main invoice grid remains focused on fully processed transactions only.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement helps users manage and review failed or incomplete invoices without cluttering the primary receipts view. It also enables authorized users to take action, such as canceling invoices, directly from the dedicated Pending tab.
X-1 Cafe – Smarter Product Creation in Inventory Entry
What’s New: When creating a new product during an inventory entry in X-1 Cafe > Inventory, the system now pre-fills the product name in the product creation form using the value entered on the inventory entry screen. After saving the product, the system also returns the user to the inventory entry form with the newly created product automatically selected.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement eliminates the need to retype product names and makes it easier to continue the inventory process without losing context—saving time, reducing errors, and improving overall workflow efficiency.
X-1 Cafe – Access Control for Product Creation
What’s New: The system now displays an “Access Denied” message when a user without the necessary permissions attempts to create a new product from the Create Inventory Entry workflow in X-1 Cafe > Inventory. The message clearly informs the user that they are not authorized and should contact an administrator.
Why It’s Helpful: This improvement reinforces permission boundaries, preventing unauthorized product creation and guiding users to the appropriate contact for access. It enhances system security while providing a clear and immediate user experience.
