ADMIN OVERVIEW
Manage FBOs
Manage Users – Users can be assigned to multiple FBOs.
Once a new FBO is added to the system, users can then be added to that account.
User Roles Overview
There are two types of user roles in the system:
1. Regular User:
Has full access to TRX features
Cannot create or manage other users
All user-defined settings within TRX are stored with the individual user ID
2. Admin:
Can add, delete, and manage users
Can adjust Admin Permission Settings, which include:
Mask Blocked – If enabled, masks blocked data from public display
Include Commercial Airlines – Option to show or hide commercial airline data
Include Piston/Helicopter – Option to show or hide piston and helicopter data
New User Setup:
When a new user is added to an FBO, they will receive an email prompting them to set a password.
If the user is already in the system, a welcome message is sent informing them they now have access to the additional FBO account.
