🌟Highlights

This release introduces major reporting, accounting, and workflow improvements while continuing backend performance optimizations for faster, more stable daily operations.

In addition, several backend performance enhancements were completed to improve data processing, reduce load times, and increase overall stability across modules.

Following the previous release, a hotfix was deployed to align KHI processor transactions with the latest DLA contract requirements by implementing the Jet A + FSII unbundling logic.
This update is now live and included in this version.

Fix: Corrected discrepancies where refund invoices displayed different cost amounts than the original invoice when using the Highest Lot Cost rule.
​Benefit: Refund invoices now reflect the same cost as the original, maintaining accuracy across reporting and accounting data.

Fix: Resolved an issue where editing or syncing a single transaction updated the “Modify By” field for all records in a batch.
​Benefit: Modification details now apply only to the affected record, ensuring proper tracking and preventing unnecessary updates.

Fix: Fixed margin calculation errors in the Margin by Detail report when refunds had missing Operation IDs.
​Benefit: Refund transactions now show correct cost and margin data in all reports.

Fix: Addressed an issue where long GL Account strings overwrote account names in the Accounting Hub view.
​Benefit: GL Account and Account Name now display correctly for improved readability and accuracy.

Update: Redesigned the import process for QT POD files for better accuracy and workflow control. The system now calculates unit price from the total and quantity and includes:

Update: Improved the Highest Lot Cost calculation to run once per invoice instead of per line item.

Update: Fixed PIN reset for users logging in with Office 365.

Update: The Avtrip Rewards report was upgraded to the latest version, and new reports were added for Titan (Titan Rewards) and Phillips 66 (Wing Points). Reports now load automatically based on the FBO’s fuel brand.
​Benefit: Makes reward tracking simpler and more accurate for Avfuel, Titan, and Phillips 66 locations.

Update: Added a new Bulk Payment email template listing all invoices, automatic invoice print for single payments, and smarter email validation.
​Benefit: Improves communication and makes payment confirmations clearer for customers.

Update: The item mapping list in QuickBooks Online (QBO V3) now excludes categories, showing only valid products and services for mapping.
​Benefit: Prevents accidental mapping to categories and reduces posting errors during synchronization.

Update: Improved how tail numbers are matched between X-1TRX and the Request List to handle entries that include dashes (–).
​Benefit: Ensures flights stay correctly linked and visible in the Request List, no matter how the tail number is formatted.

Update: Adjusted VAT handling so Bahamas transactions include the correct VATPassThrough value in the XML.
​Benefit: Ensures tax details show correctly for WFS Contract Fuel sales in the Bahamas.

Update: Added new email checks across all areas where customers can be created to ensure proper format when entering one or multiple addresses.
​Benefit: Helps prevent invalid email entries and ensures messages and notifications reach the right contacts.

Update: Multiple backend updates were completed to boost performance and stability across modules.
