Aircraft Tenancy Visibility and Standardization

Update: Aircraft tenancy details are now visible across key screens. You will see tenancy type (Network-based, FBO-based, or Airport-based) and ICAO code in the Request List, Request View, and SinglePoint app.

Benefit: Provides clear and consistent tenancy information at a glance, helping reduce extra steps and improve accuracy in daily operations.

Note:

  • The Transient tenancy type does not display.

  • In SinglePoint, the parking icon was removed to improve clarity between parking and tenancy details.

Jet A with FSII Unbundling for Avfuel and World Fuel Processors

Update: A new configuration has been added to support DLA compliance by allowing Jet A with FSII to be sent as separate fee lines for AirCard contract transactions. This configuration can be managed in the Payment Settings for Contract Fuels that include AirCard as a payment method.

Benefit: Ensures compliance with DLA requirements while maintaining flexibility for future retail transaction scenarios.

Note:

  • This update applies only to contract transactions.

  • The default setting is bundled for all locations. The X-1 Support Team can enable unbundling per merchant as needed.

P66 Contract Fuel Contact and Validation Updates

Update: Two improvements were made to enhance accuracy and provide direct P66 support contact for Phillips 66 Contract Fuel transactions online.

  • Updated contact information now displays while processing invoices and in the refund window, helping users reach the correct P66 support team.

  • Added a name mismatch warning when the company name on the invoice (Sold To) does not fully match the selected P66 Contract Fuel customer. The prompt allows users to review and confirm before proceeding.

Benefit: Improves accuracy when processing P66 payments and makes it easier for users to contact the correct P66 support team when refunds are needed.

Note:

  • These updates are informational only and do not block transactions.

FuelerLinx Connection Display and Management

Update: The FBO Settings > FBO Profile > FuelerLinx tab now displays the name of the user who established the connection and the date the connection was made.
A confirmation window has also been added when selecting Disconnect from FuelerLinx, asking the user to confirm before disconnecting.

Benefit: Provides clearer visibility into who connected FuelerLinx and when, while helping prevent accidental disconnections.

Improved System Performance for Request and Invoice Searches

Update: To enhance overall system performance, the date range for searches in the Request List and Invoice List has been optimized.
Users can now select a maximum of one year per search. You can still search transactions from previous years by adjusting the date range accordingly.

Benefit: Improves speed and responsiveness when loading results and ensures a smoother experience when searching for transactions.

Note:

  • If the selected date range exceeds one year, the system will prompt you to adjust the search period.

Fuel Type Display in Request Printout Report

Update: The Request Printout Report now displays the fuel type (for example, Jet A or Avgas 100LL) within the Details of Services on Request section. Previously, only the fuel service appeared without specifying the type.

Benefit: Provides clearer information for line and accounting teams when reviewing or printing service requests.

Sales by Product and Service Detail Report – Customer Description Filter

Update: A new Customer Description filter has been added to the Sales by Product and Service Detail Report. This allows users to refine report results by customer name or description for more specific reporting.

Benefit: Provides greater flexibility and accuracy when reviewing sales and service data, especially for FBOs managing multiple customers.

Bugs we fixed:

Refund and Credit Memo Line Item Correction

Issue: In some cases, refund invoices and credit memos were displaying additional line items that were not part of the original invoice. This occurred when older pricing rules were being recalculated or applied again during the refund process.

Fix: The system now correctly mirrors the original invoice lines, ensuring no extra items are added when creating refunds or credit memos.

Note:

  • If you come across a refund where the total exceeds or is lower than the original invoice amount, please contact the X-1 Support Team for assistance.

QuickBooks Integration Improvements

Issue: Several issues were identified in the QuickBooks integration, including behaviors affecting version 3 and international QuickBooks instances.

Fix: The affected areas have been corrected to ensure more consistent data synchronization and improved stability across all QuickBooks versions.

ICAO Filter Correction in Aircraft List Report

Issue: In some cases, filtering the Aircraft List Report by Aircraft ICAO did not return any results.

Fix: The ICAO filter has been corrected to ensure all valid aircraft entries display as expected when applying this filter.

Overall Benefit

These updates continue our commitment to improving visibility, accuracy, and performance across X-1FBO, helping users work more efficiently and confidently in their daily operations.
