How to Remove a Saved User Account from the SinglePoint App

If a user needs to remove a saved account from the app, follow the steps below depending on whether they remember the password.

Option 1: If the Password Is Not Known (Fastest option)

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to Saved Accounts.

  3. Select the user account you want to remove.

  4. Enter an incorrect PIN four (4) times.

  5. After the fourth incorrect attempt, the system will automatically remove the saved user information.

Option 2: If the Password Is Known

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to Saved Accounts.

  3. Select the user account you want to remove.

  4. On the PIN entry screen, select Delete Info.

  5. Then select Forgot PIN.

  6. The system will prompt for the account password.

  7. Once the password is entered, the saved user information will be removed.

Notes

  • Either method will fully remove the saved account from the app.

  • This process does not delete the user account itself—only the saved login information on the device.
