Enhancements
New: Location Audit Report
A new Location Audit report is now available under Customer Service > Reports to track aircraft location activity by request, including arrival and departure times, stay duration, and location history.
FlightBridge Customer/Manifest Contacts
Passenger details from FlightBridge are now automatically added as contacts in the request, keeping trip information complete without manual entry.
Contacts added directly in X-1FBO will remain unchanged when FlightBridge updates are received.
Improved Incoming Requests Performance
Enhanced performance when loading the Incoming Requests grid, resulting in faster and more responsive data display.
Updated Hangar Item Mapping for AirCard Payment Method (MSA)
Updated mappings to ensure hangar charges process correctly when using AirCard through the Titan-MSA processor. Master Items Hangar and Hangar (Daily) now map to HangarRental.
Improved Filter Behavior in Accounting Hub
Resolved an issue where filters were not maintained when navigating between tabs in Accounting Hub.

Fixed Contact Creation Error in Request List
Resolved an issue where adding a new contact without using the “Add” option caused an error and prevented changes from being saved.
Corrected Contact Roles for FlightBridge Requests
Resolved an issue where contacts received from FlightBridge were assigned an “Unknown” role instead of the appropriate crew roles.
Fixed Contact Checkbox Behavior in Requests
Resolved an issue where “Include in Customer Profile” and “Request Confirmation Contact” were being unchecked when adding contacts to a request.
Fixed Chargeback Amount Display in Disbursement Summary
Resolved an issue where partial chargebacks displayed the full transaction amount instead of the correct partial value in the X-1PAY Disbursement Summary report.
Improved QBO Integration Refund Processing
Refunds now correctly clear customer balances and GL entries, preventing open balances and reconciliation issues.
Fixed Partial Refund Sync for QBO
Resolved an issue where partial invoice refunds by amount failed to sync to QuickBooks Online due to validation errors.

Resolved an issue where invoices could not be printed or emailed when Simplified Invoice View was enabled.

Resolved an issue where aircraft could not be deleted even when no active operations, invoices, or requests were associated.
Fixed Invoice Number Display for ACH Payments
Resolved an issue where the invoice number was not displayed during X-1Pay Direct Debit (ACH) payment processing and approval, ensuring proper reference for refund and void actions.
Fixed Duplicate Setting in FBO Profile
Resolved an issue where the “Customer Payment Method Available Alert” setting was displayed twice in the Request tab.
Fixed X-1 Shop Icon Display
Resolved an issue where the X-1 Shop icon was not displayed in settings.
