đł X1PAY Improvements
This release includes several enhancements designed to make X1PAY payment processing more reliable, traceable, and consistent.
Improved Terminal Payment Recovery
Payment recovery has been strengthened for situations in which a terminal approves a transaction after the original payment request is interrupted or delayed.
X-1FBO can now recognize and record these late approvals more reliably. This helps prevent a successfully approved payment from appearing unpaid and reduces the risk of the customer being charged again.
Payment-in-Progress Protection
Operators can no longer cancel an invoice while its terminal payment is still being processed.
This safeguard helps prevent the invoice and payment from entering conflicting states while X-1FBO waits for the final result from the terminal.
Improved Payment Traceability
Additional processor information is now captured to assist with payment research and support.
Approval-code handling has also been improved, and terminal payment cancellations provide a clearer audit history. These changes make it easier to understand what occurred when a transaction requires review.
Behind-the-Scenes Payment Monitoring
Behind-the-scenes monitoring and reconciliation have been strengthened to help our teams identify and resolve payment discrepancies more efficiently.
Together with the payment recovery improvements in this release, this helps ensure that approved payments are recorded accurately in X-1FBO.
X1PAY Payout Reporting
The X1PAY payout report now includes applicable transactions even when the processor does not initiate a balance transfer that day.
This provides more complete visibility into payout activity and helps teams review transactions that may otherwise not appear until a transfer occurs.
