ADB - Added more information to the WEEK schedule so it always includes information from Saturday
ADB - When filtering by week, the requests that have no time and are from previous days will move into the DELAYED section, placing them at the end of their corresponding day
Reports - Added four new columns to the excel version of the Fuel Lot Margin Report

ADB - Downloading and Printing the ADB was having trouble sometimes. Fixes were made to help
Processing - Updated the delivery timestamp when running Aircard through MSA-Titan
