Broken or Damaged X-1 SinglePoint Hardware?

Sometimes even the most rugged devices available are no match for a line guy.

In many cases the X-1 SinglePoint hardware is repairable. If you have a device that was damaged, you can create a repair order at X-1 SinglePoint Repairs.

Once you're here you can register to create a user if you don't have one already. See the image below.

Once you are registered you can complete the Repair Order and then send the device to our repair center for evaluation and repair.

You will also receive an email with a ticket number where you will be able to track the status of the repair in our helpdesk.

Repairs take 10-14 days depending on parts availability and cost anywhere from around $50 to repair damaged body parts or buttons to $200 to replace a screen and can vary by device.
