De-Icing Service
The new modal for De-icing service includes options for Type I and Type IV.
De-icing Type I: requires splitting the % values of the de-icing components (glycol & water)
the total qty for de-icing will transfer over to invoice (gallons sold)
the partial qty equivalent to the glycol % of the total entered on the order will adjust glycol's inventory (inventory movement)
De-icing Type IV: Select fluid name/brand from the dropdown (not a required field)
Default Ratio: Use this setting to enter default ratio values to auto populate onto the service request:

Accounting Settings
From Accounting/Settings, click on the link provided to set up the accounting system integration, A/R and Chart of Accounts:
Default GL Accounts: These are no longer required to be filled out and the user can have the same account in more than one field.
Shrinkage GL account: Now designated at the product level setup for stockable fuel products.
Option to export GL Account movements:
Use Fuel in Process: If the item does not have a designated Fuel in Process account, the system will use the one selected for this setting:
Accounting Hub
Access from Accounting/Sync or directly from the URL that contains the ADB Board, Accounting Settings and Hub.
Entries show in chronological order by posting date.
Export File integration view:
Cash Receipt: This contains all GL movements for A/R payments, security deposits, waiting list, credit on account, etc.
Easier to fix Sync Errors: User has more visibility as to what is causing the syncing error and can fix from the same page
Example: Item 'Avgas' for Bill 3520 is missing its GL account, hence no GL movement can be generated. User can add the missing GL account directly to the item from this entry:
Audit History: Shows a historical record of all changes made with the specific entry on the sync page.
