What's New?

Fuel Management Enhancements & New Features

  1. Transfer Equipment between locations within the FBO network:

  • This allows FBOs to transfer fuel inventory equipment between locations and update system inventory accordingly (does not apply to fuel farm tanks)

Notice: This functionality is tied to user role permissions, make sure to enable it for your user role under Fuel Management/Settings/Allow Transfer Equipment

  • When transferring a fuel truck, X-1 creates an 'Equipment Transfer' (ET) operation in the original location's system, while creating a fuel load operation in the receiving location's system, Ex: FBO 1 truck 1 = 2000 gallons transfer to FBO 2 creates ET0000001 (-2000) in FBO 1 and FL0000001 in FBO 2 (+ 2000).

  • Once a truck is transferred, it will be disabled in the original location's system BUT users will still have access to all historical data!

  • How is inventory cost handled when transferring a truck between locations?

  • From FBO owned inventory to FBO owned inventory: Fuel load takes fuel lot cost

  • From FBO owned inventory to Company owned inventory: Cost is zero

  • From Company owened inventory to company owned inventory: Cost is zero

  • From Company owned inventory to FBO owned inventory: Fuel load takes weeks' cost of the receiving FBO.

Notice: equipment transfers generate GL movements

Equipment Transfer operations will appear as adjustments in all Fuel Management reports!!!!!!!!

2. External Top OFF

  • Allows loading fuel from a shared truck at another location

    • Notice: This functionality is tied to user role permissions, make sure to enable it for your user role under Fuel Management/Fuel Farm/AllowExternalTopOff

  • When making an external top off operation, X-1 creates an 'External Top Off' (ETO) operation in the original location's system, while creating a fuel load operation in the receiving location's system.

  • Inventory Cost: Refer to "Equipment transfer" section above, cost behaves the same way for external top off operations.

    • Notice: external top offs generate GL movements

External Top Off operations will appear as adjustments in all Fuel Management reports!!!!!!!!

3. AMSTAT Integration, Aircraft Service Request:

  • The new AMSTAT integration allows users to add aircraft and customer record information from the database. Users will still have the option to use the record saved in X-1 or enter it manually from the new request screen.

  • When searching for an aircraft inside the AMSTAT window, the user will have the option to add the aircraft along with the ownership, management, or operator information.

  • Once the preferred contact information is selected, X-1 will prompt users to also fill out and assign the aircraft ICAO and fuel type:

  • Next, X-1 will provide the option to link this aircraft to an existing customer record OR create a new customer profile from the AMSTAT database:

* If user selects "Create New Customer":

Stuff that was buggin'

  • The invoice print should not show its A/R payment information over the customer's.

  • System pop-up notification for records with no payment on file, not working.

  • Recurring invoices: The system does not load the option "%" for the item "CC Processing Fee"

  • Accounting Hub: Partial refund is not taking the GL Accounts from the original sale and it is throwing an error.
