Enhancements
Offline refund: For FBOs with a processor that does not allow partial refunds, enable the setting (permission-based) to make offline refunds:
Invoice Print: New setting that allows FBOs to control whether they want the Pricing Rule name to display on the invoice printout (FBO Profile/Invoice Print/Other)
FBOs that don't generate GL movements should not see the option to select a GL account when receiving a payment in Accounts Receivable.
Defuel List report: New column added for Truck Name/Number
