Pending X-1CC Tab Overview

What Data is Displayed in the X-1CC Tab?

The X-1CC tab displays E-Tickets recorded by Cloud Connect per register that have not yet been associated with a fuel ticket in X-1.

  • The page is sorted by Tail in the X-1 column. A tail number appears here when it matches an existing tail under Company Data > Aircraft List.

  • The Tail from X-1CC is displayed when fueling is preset from the SinglePoint device or manually entered in the register before starting fuel pumping.

  • We strongly recommend enabling Custom Fields in the TCS Register for better tracking. Follow the steps here: Enabling Custom Fields in TCS Register.

Additional Data Displayed

The page also includes:

  • Airline: The airline code entered via SinglePoint preset or manually in the register.

  • Truck, fuel type, meter used, and total gallons.

  • Date column: Reflects the date and time from the register. If incorrect, verify and update the date/time settings in the register.

When Do E-Tickets Land in the Pending X-1CC Tab?

Operations appear in this tab when:

  • A manual fuel ticket is completed on SinglePoint devices due to a preset failure or connection issue with Cloud Connect.

  • Fueling is manually completed in the register instead of being automatically linked through Cloud Connect.

How to Create a New Fuel Ticket in X-1 from the Pending X-1CC Tab

To match the Tail from X-1CC with the Tail from X-1, simply click on the pump icon and save the fueling.

Note: The system automatically recognizes and associates tail entries without the "N" prefix.

If the Custom ID requirement is not enabled in the register, the Tail from X-1CC column will be blank, and the Tail from X-1 will display "NOTAIL". In this case, you must manually enter the tail by selecting the Pencil icon. Once saved, you can proceed with the standard steps to complete the fueling.

Note: The Select Tail/ID box searches for existing tail numbers or equipment IDs in X-1. To add a new tail or ID, first enter it under Company Data before proceeding.

How to Link a Pending X-1CC E-Ticket with a Completed Manual Operation

All completed operations appear under the Closed Operation tab. Manual operations are identified by a gray clock icon in the Actions section.

To link an E-Ticket to a manual operation:

  1. Edit the fuel ticket and select the Link icon.

  2. The system will display E-Tickets from the Pending X-1CC tab that match the tail, date, and fuel type.

  3. Confirm and save the manual ticket to Validate the fueling.

Linked X-1CC Tab Overview

The Linked X-1CC tab displays all fueling operations in X-1 that are linked to E-Tickets. The data is sorted by Operation Number, Tail, Refueler Initials, Meter, Date, Fuel Type, and QTY.

All fuelings on this page display the validated green icon from the Closed Operations tab.
