Before you begin, the X-1FBO Support Team will enable the Phillips 66 Contract Fuel Card as an online payment method in your Payment Settings. This will be the only payment option available for processing P66 contract fuel transactions online.
Once setup is complete, you're ready to start processing P66 transactions!
Creating a Phillips 66 Contract Fuel Invoice
Create a new invoice as you normally would.
Click the Contract Fuel Card icon, then select Phillips 66 from the dropdown.
3. Choose Phillips 66 Contract Fuel Card as your payment method and click the green "Payment" button to continue.
Payment Processing
After clicking "Payment", you’ll be redirected to the Payment Processing screen.
Here’s where things are a bit different:
Instead of running a physical card, you’ll select the Customer from a dropdown list. This list is pulled directly from the Phillips 66 API, so all customer information is provided by them.
Can't Find Your Customer?
If the customer you're looking for doesn’t appear in the dropdown, you’ll need to contact Phillips 66 directly. Their contact details will be displayed on this screen.
The same applies if you encounter a processor error—please reach out to Phillips 66 for assistance, as this part of the process is fully managed on their end.
Finalizing the Payment
Once you’ve selected the customer, click the green "Pay" button to complete the transaction.
🎉 Success! You’ve just processed a Phillips 66 Contract Fuel payment.
Contract Fuel Corrections:
Please note that the integration does not support online corrections such as voids or refunds for Phillips 66 contract fuel transactions. Any corrections made in X-1 will be recorded offline for tracking purposes only — the actual refund must be processed directly with Phillips 66.
FBO staff are required to contact Phillips 66 support to complete the refund request.
When you perform a correction in X-1, the system will automatically display the Phillips 66 contact information to assist you in reaching out.
