Overview

The Fuel Customer Sales Report under Accounting provides a clear summary of gallons sold by customer within a selected date range.

This report helps track each customer’s fuel volume sold across specific time periods while allowing detailed filtering by:

  • Customer

  • By Description (The description can be found on the customer's profile)

  • Payment Method

  • Contract Fuel

  • Promotion Code

    ​Company-owned inventory can be excluded.

    ​How to Use

    1. Choose the date range for your report.

    2. Select any filters you wish to apply.

    3. Click Submit to generate the report.

    Result

    You can view, print, or export the report for accounting and analysis purposes.
