When an FBO processes AIR Card transactions, it’s important to be aware of the settlement timing.

If the FBO attempts to process a refund before 1:00 PM Eastern Time the next day, the system will return an error. ​

This is expected behavior and is related to all processors timeline—not a system or configuration issue.
