Locating the Request Number is simple once the correct column is enabled in the Request List view. Follow the steps below to ensure the Request Number is visible.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Customer Service.
Select Request List.
Click on the hamburger menu (☰) located in the table header.
In the column selection menu, make sure Request # is checked/enabled.
Once enabled, the Request Number will appear as a column in your Request List.
Important Note
If you do not see the Request Number, it is typically because the column is not selected in your view settings. Enabling it through the hamburger menu will immediately display it.
