🚀 Release Highlights

Enhancements

ADB Tenancy Icon Tooltip

Added a hover tooltip to the tenancy icon in ADB indicating Transient, Airport-based, or Network-based.

Tail Record History Visibility

Aircraft Tail records now display Created By, Created Date, Last Modified By, and Last Modified Date, providing better visibility into record changes.

Show Flight Number in Request List Setting

A new setting has been added in FBO Settings → Request → General Settings to enable or disable the Flight Number column in the Request List.

Invoice Performance Improvement

Improved invoice loading performance when opening invoices with a large number of line items, providing a smoother and more reliable experience when reviewing or processing payments.

Invoice Price Breakdown Permissions

Users without Price Breakdown permission can no longer access pricing details from the invoice line-item Info view.

Email Invoice Option for X-1PAY Direct Debit

When processing invoice payments using X-1PAY Direct Debit, you can now choose to email the invoice to the customer directly from the Process Payment window.

Inventory Count Report Improvement

The Inventory Count report now displays item descriptions from the Products & Services module for improved consistency.

Terms and Conditions Requirement for Request Confirmation

When Request Confirmation is enabled in FBO Settings, the Terms and Conditions field is now required before the settings can be saved.

FlightBridge Requests: (NOTAIL):

You can now receive and process incoming FlightBridge requests even when a tail number isn’t provided.

Bugs

AMSTAT Aircraft Creation

Fixed an issue where aircraft created through AMSTAT in the Request module could fail to populate the Tail Number in the request.

FlightBridge CIP Service

Fixed an issue where editing CIP services from FlightBridge requests could generate an error.

Concierge Services Report Fix

Fixed an issue where the Concierge Services by Request report did not correctly segment results by location.

Titan Contract Invoice Refunds

Fixed an issue where performing multiple partial refunds on contract invoices processed through Titan could generate an error and prevent additional refunds. Multiple partial refunds can now be processed correctly.

X-1PAY Invoice Payment Method Display Improvement

Improved how invoices update the payment method information after a void and repayment, ensuring the invoice reflects the most recent payment.

Recurring Invoice Date Alignment

Fixed an issue where the Next Occurrence date for recurring invoices did not match the date shown in the grid.

Accounting Hub - GL Account Validation Improvement

Improved validation messaging when creating GL accounts with names or numbers that exceed allowed limits.

Fuel Pricing Date Format

Fixed an issue where the fuel expiration date could display incorrectly for FBOs using non-U.S. date formats.
