🚀 X‑1FBO now gives you more flexibility in how FlightBridge incoming requests are handled.
If your FlightBridge integration is configured globally as Manual or Semi‑Automatic, you can now enable Fully Automated syncing for specific customers directly from the Customer Profile.
This means you can streamline workflows for trusted customers while keeping manual control everywhere else.
Why This Matters 💡
Not all customers need the same level of review.
Many FBOs prefer to keep FlightBridge requests manual or semi‑automatic overall—but still want hands‑off automation for:
Base tenants
High‑volume customers
Managed or contract programs
Previously, automation was an all‑or‑nothing decision. Now, you get the best of both worlds.
What’s New ✨
When your global FlightBridge setting is set to Manual or Semi‑Automatic:
A new automation option appears on individual Customer Profiles
You can enable Fully Automated Incoming Requests for that customer
That customer overrides the global setting
All other customers continue following the global workflow
No global changes required.
How the Per‑Customer Override Works ⚙️
Here’s how it behaves:
The global FlightBridge setting still controls default behavior
On a Customer Profile, you can enable fully automated syncing
Once enabled:
Incoming FlightBridge requests for that customer are automatically accepted
No manual review or approval is required
This option is available only when the global setting is Manual or Semi‑Automatic
⚠️ Important Note: To enable fully automatic requests per customer, the customer profile must first be synced with FlightBridge.
If the FlightBridge section of the customer profile is blank, this indicates the customer has not yet been synced and will need to be manually synced before this option becomes available.

ℹ️ Locations already using Fully Automated globally will not see a change—automation is already enabled for all customers.
✅To verify your global settings:
Navigate to FBO Settings → FBO Profile → Scroll down to FlightBridge Settings
Common Use Cases 🧩
This feature is ideal for:
Base tenants with predictable workflows
Customers submitting frequent FlightBridge requests
Programs that require minimal front‑desk involvement
Gradually increasing automation without impacting all customers
You decide who gets automated & who doesn’t.
Important Notes ✅
This is a per‑customer override, not a global change
Applies only to incoming FlightBridge requests
No additional permissions or integrations are required
Other customers continue to follow your global FlightBridge setting
In Summary 🎯
✅ Keep FlightBridge Manual or Semi‑Automatic globally
✅ Enable Fully Automated syncing for select customers
✅ Reduce manual work where it matters most
✅ Maintain full operational control
