Can't find the Bookings button? Here are a few reasons why you may not be seeing it.
1) First, it may sound silly, but you might want to check to make sure your FBO has a FlightBridge account. Sometimes FlightBridge sends emails to FBO’s on behalf of Pilots. You may have received these before. The emails ask you to confirm an upcoming trip by clicking on a Flightbridge link and hitting confirm. This does not always mean you have a FlightBridge account. Hmmm 👀🤔 I know, I thought the same thing too...
o Not sure if you have a FlightBridge account? You can easily ask them at support@flightbridge.com or click on below link to start your account. We're good friends with them so make sure to tell them you are with us.
2) Another reason you may not see the booking button is because you already made a booking. Find the icon with the existing booking and you'll find the button.
For instance, if you already created a hotel reservation using the booking button earlier this morning and later on the pilot tells you they need another room, instead of clicking on a new hotel icon, just hit the pencil on the existing hotel icon and voilà, you'll find the booking button again.

Need to make a cancellation? or edit something? Super easy! Edit the existing booking from X1. This will take you to the Flightbridge page. Click on the cancel button. That's it!

There's a little button inside the FlightBridge portal that says "Save as draft"....We don't like this button... don't touch it.
