When multitasking our memory might fail, it happens to all of us. Your X-1 team created a splendid feature to refresh our mind every time a request and an invoice is created for your beloved customers.
Customer Alerts are inside the customer profile under Company Data, scroll all the way to the bottom and deploy the Alerts, followed by "New Note".
First enter a subject then select the Alert Type, this depends on the content of the note, in the example above I selected Warning because we won't like to have an invoice pending for payment. The Info option is more instructional.
e.g. "For fuel charges use Visa on file ending in **123".
Select an Active From and Active To as these are the date range the alert will appear. In the case you wanted the alert to never expire you can leave the Active To date blank.
e.g. "Your FBO has the Super Bowl weekend coming up and will charge all customers an Event Fee, except for the charter company based at your facility". This alert will be active from Friday 02/05/2021 and ending on Monday 02/08/2021. So, for that weekend, all requests, and invoices for your based customer will pop up an Alert on the bottom right next to the Support Chat.
