When I was a CSR, one of the questions I would get the most from pilots was "Do you have a fuel rewards program?" so, we know it is very important for them...after all, it is a good way to retain customers 😉

In X-1FBO, you can set up rules to award points for the fuel your customers buy.  Follow the steps below to learn how to do this:

Note: If you would like to learn how to award  points from an invoice, please click here

FBO Settings > Rewards Settings > New Reward Setting:

Then...

4. Select the product (Jet A, Avgas, etc.) or the category (Fuel, etc.) the rule will apply to. Think of this as the product (s) in your invoice line item your pilot wants the points for.

5. Add a description. This can be the name of the specific reward program your location uses.

6. Add a condition - The example below shows this rule will apply to invoices charged with retail cards Visa, Avcard, AMEX, etc. but you may select all that apply in your location.

7. Select the reward program, enter the number of points per gallon to be awarded and select who the Sponsor is between 'merchant' and fuel provider. (Tip: Ask yourself who is sponsoring this program, Avfuel or my FBO?)

8. ALWAYS save your changes 😄
