Forgot to award points on a previous fuel transaction? No worries. You can go back to the invoice and select the "Rewards: button to easily add the appropriate amount of points (it will auto-populate a lot of the information for you!).
Don't know the invoice # or want to award stand-alone points for something else? Proceed with these quick steps:
- Navigate to Customer Service > Rewards
- Click on + NEW AVTRIP REWARD
- Enter the Tail Number
- Select the product. If there was no fuel on the transaction, and you wish to award points for another reason (i.e. an extra "Thank you" or to help smooth over a service issue), select "No fuel"
- Enter the gallon amount in the quantity field.
- Once you've entered your qty the system will calculate the points for you.
- Enter the AVTRIP card # or LOOKUP by name
- Finally, click award points
