Forgot to award points on a previous fuel transaction? No worries. You can go back to the invoice and select the "Rewards: button to easily add the appropriate amount of points (it will auto-populate a lot of the information for you!).
Don't know the invoice # or want to award stand-alone points for something else? Proceed with these quick steps:
Navigate to Customer Service > Rewards
Click on + NEW AVTRIP REWARD
Enter the Tail Number
Select the product. If there was no fuel on the transaction, and you wish to award points for another reason (i.e. an extra "Thank you" or to help smooth over a service issue), select "No fuel"
Enter the gallon amount in the quantity field.
Once you've entered your qty the system will calculate the points for you.
Enter the AVTRIP card # or LOOKUP by name
Finally, click award points
