Sometimes the error messages we get from the processors can be a little unclear. In this example for locations that use Avfuel Corporation's retail card processing sometimes you may get the "Server was unable to process request..." error message. This one is a little easier to decipher, it means that Avfuel is experiencing service disruption. This usually is a temporary issue that affects the bank authorization for credit cards transactions. It may also affect aviation or contract fuel cards.
If the issue persists, let us know at https://www.support.x1fbo.com. You can also reach out to Avfuel directly by calling Avfuel Card Processor Support numbers below.
If you are still unable to process you can get, use the numbers below to get an authorization code to complete the transactions over the phone while Avfuel works to address any outage. When you call, they will ask for the credit card and transaction details to provide a valid authorization code to enter in the system per transaction.
In X1, process the invoice as always, entering the authorization code to bypass the connection, then select Pay to complete your transaction.
NOTES
Use only a valid authorization number provided by Avfuel Card Processing Support in X-1FBO. If the numbers you entered are incorrect the transaction will fail in the post authorization process.
Unfortunately, this method will not apply to credit cards on file, please keep these invoices in Ready status to process once the disruption is resolved.
