Understanding the Cost' Field Behavior
The 'Cost' field is designed to automatically pull in the scheduled weekly cost from your Weekly Price settings.
If the field is left blank, it will still default to the weekly cost.
You also have the option to manually enter a cost, which will override the automatically populated weekly cost.
Please note that there is a user permission setting required to allow access to manually enter a cost.
To enable this:
Go to FBO Settings > Users > Roles
Select the role you want to modify
Click the “+” icon under the Fuel Management section
Check the box for “Allow Enter Lot Cost In Fuel Load”
Click Save to apply the changes
This permission must be enabled for any user who needs to manually override the automatic weekly cost in the 'Cost' field.
