Updating pricing can feel time-consuming—especially if your fees are based on the aircraft model. To make the process easier, we’ve set up a clear workflow for you to follow.

Before You Begin

Please review these requirements to avoid delays:

  1. Submit early – Send us your new pricing 10–14 business days in advance of when you’d like it uploaded (for aircraft model–based pricing).

  2. Product/Service fees must exist – The fee you want to update must already be created in your environment.

  3. Aircraft categories must exist – If your pricing is category-based, make sure all aircraft categories are already set up in your environment.

Step 1: Open a Support Ticket

  • If your fees are based on aircraft model, start by opening a ticket in the X-1FBO Support Center and request a copy of your current aircraft fees.

  • [Click here to log in or create a support account.]

Step 2: Choose Your Pricing Method

✈️ Pricing by Aircraft Model (Spreadsheet Upload)

  1. Request a copy of your aircraft pricing export from our team.

💡 We’ll send it in the exact format required for upload.

  2. Fill in your updates: add your product/service fee, fuel minimum, and value directly into the spreadsheet.

3. Attach the completed spreadsheet to your support ticket.

  • ⚠️ The file must stay in the same format we provided. Any other format can’t be uploaded.

Once submitted, our team will handle the upload for you.

🛩️ Pricing by Aircraft Category (Manual Update)

If your fees are based on aircraft category, you can update them yourself:

  1. Go to Pricing > Exceptions in your environment.

  2. Filter by the fee you’d like to update.

  3. Choose one of two options:

    • Add an end date to the current rule and create a new rule, or

    • Simply update the existing rule with the new price.

  4. Click Save and your new pricing will take effect.

Step 3: Upload & Verification

  • Once we review your spreadsheet, our team will schedule the upload for 00:00 (local time) on your requested date.

  • After the upload, you’ll need to log in and verify your pricing to ensure everything looks correct.

✅ And that’s it! Whether you update by model or category, this process helps keep your FBO pricing accurate and up to date.
