If your fees are based on the aircraft model we know that updating pricing can take a long time. Because of that, we created a process to make updating your FBOs pricing easier.
Things to know before starting the process
1. Please submit your new pricing 10 to 14 days (minimum) before they are scheduled to be uploaded. (If prices are based on the aircraft model)
2. Ensure that the Product/Service fee you want to update is already created in your environment.
3. If your FBO pricing is based on aircraft categories, ensure that all your aircraft categories have been created in your environment.
Open a Support Ticket:
If your rules are based on aircraft model start by opening a support ticket in our X-1FBO Support Center. (click the link below to log in or create an account)
Pricing by Aircraft Models
If your pricing is based on the aircraft model:
Request a copy of your current aircraft database pricing export from our team.
Enter your product/service fee, fuel minimum, and value in the spreadsheet as shown below.
Attach the updated spreadsheet to the ticket and we'll handle the rest!
Pricing by Aircraft Category: Done Manually
If your pricing is based on aircraft category:
You will need to manually update the price rule from the Pricing > Exceptions menu in the Aircraft category.
Filter by the fee you want to update
You can either add an end date to the current rule and create a new one or you can just update the price for that existing rule. It's completely up to you.
Hit 'Save' and the prices will update.
Upload
After we've reviewed the spreadsheet, our team will schedule the upload at 00:00 (local time) on the date provided.
*** Be advised that after the upload you will be required to look through your pricing and confirm that the update looks correct in your environment.
