What is it?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a user authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials (such as your Microsoft Office credentials). This means you no longer need to manage multiple passwords for various services within your organization. Implementing SSO with Microsoft enhances both ease of access and security, making it an essential feature for efficient operations at X-1FBO.

Integrating SSO with Microsoft Office, X-1FBO provides a more streamlined and secure user experience. We encourage all administrators to activate this feature to leverage its full potential and enhance your operational efficiency.

Who Can Set This Up?

Setting up SSO requires administrative access to both X-1FBO and Microsoft Office 365 settings. If you are not an administrator, please forward this guide to your IT administrator or the person responsible for user management in your organization or have them contact the support team through the chat bubble.

Why use SSO?

  • Simplified Access: Log in once and gain access to all integrated systems without the need to repeatedly enter credentials.

  • Increased Security: Reduces the risk of password theft as the same credentials are used across all services, managed through Microsoft and by your administrator.

  • Efficiency in Management: Easier account management and less time spent on password recovery and helpdesk requests.
