X-1 I'm Here
is designed to streamline third party check-in services into X-1 by using a barcode system and a mobile device. Currently deployed is the driver's check-in tool, but X-1 will offer this service for catering and rental car vendors as well.
How does it work?
A QR code is displayed so that drivers can use their mobile device to access the I'm Here registration portal.
2. Here, they are prompted to fill out their contact information, tail number and passenger information if available. This will be sent to the I'm Here dashboard in X-1 for the CSR to manage.
3. Drivers get a confirmation text message as soon as they register.
Dashboard: Displays drivers' check-in and trip information. Tracking is available with X-1TRX integration.
Transportation Status: The CSR can mark these accordingly, as the FBO operation grants it.
Yellow: Waiting (default status)
Blue: Rampside
Green: Completed
Red: Canceled
Driver Automatic Notification: The driver will receive a text message notification upon the flight's arrival (automatically if integrated with X-1TRX or when the CSR clocks it in the system)
Link Requests with Drivers Waiting: Request needs to have an Estimated Time of Arrival and a Transportation service in Pending status. Link from the transportation status drop-down menu.
Aircraft Tracking Status: After linking the checked-in transportation with a trackable request, the flight status column will update colors according to the tracking status.
Columns: Ability to change order or hide.
