Step 1: Navigate to Fuel Management
From the X1 main dashboard or navigation panel, go to:
Fuel Management > Fuel Inventory > Fuel LoadsOn the Fuel Loads screen, click on the + New Fuel Load button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Enter Fuel Load Details
Once you are on the New Fuel Load entry screen:
Select the Tank where the fuel will be added.
Enter the required fuel load details
Make sure the information entered matches the fuel delivery documentation to ensure accuracy.
Step 3: Save the Fuel Load
After entering all the necessary details:
Review the information for accuracy.
Click Save to record the fuel load into the system.
Once saved, the fuel load will update the inventory in X1 and be available for future fueling operations.
