AMSTAT Integration, Aircraft Service Request:
The new AMSTAT integration allows users to add aircraft and customer record information from the database. Users will still have the option to use the record saved in X-1 or enter it manually from the new request screen.
Note: AMSTAT integration is an add-on feature subject to subscription (separate from your FBO/AMSTAT subscription). Contact support for more details.
When searching for an aircraft inside the AMSTAT window, the user will have the option to add the aircraft along with the ownership, management, or operator information.
Once the preferred contact information is selected, X-1 will prompt users to also fill out and assign the aircraft ICAO and fuel type:
Next, X-1 will provide the option to link this aircraft to an existing customer record OR create a new customer profile from the AMSTAT database:
* If user selects "Create New Customer":

this feature allows users to create a new tail number/customer using the AMSTAT integration
