Certain regions around the world are associated with higher rates of cyber threats, such as phishing, hacking, or other forms of malicious online activity. If you travel to a country that is blocked by our firewall (Azure Application Gateway and WAF), you will need to send us your current public IP address to access our website. Your public IP address is the address that your device uses to communicate with the internet. It can change depending on your location, network, and device.

Finding your public IP address

You can find your public IP address by visiting a website that shows it, we recommend these options:

https://www.whatismypublicip.com/
https://whatismyip.org/
https://whatsmyip.com/

Note: private IP Address taken from the OS console doesn’t work for this process.

Requesting a temporary whitelist

Once you have your public IP address, hit the chat bubble on the website or email it to us at support@x1fbo.com with the following information:

  • Subject: Request for temporary whitelist

  • Body: Your name, your public IP address, the country you are visiting, and the duration of your stay.

For example:

Subject: Request for temporary whitelist

Body: John Smith, 203.0.113.195, Portugal, 05/02/2024 - 05/09/2024

We will add your public IP address to our temporary whitelist and notify you by email. The whitelist is valid only for the duration of your stay in the blocked country. If you change your location or device, you will need to send us a new request with your updated public IP address.
