So, you have charged your customer for the fuel they have pumped, your team has provided an awesome service and it is now time to reward the pilot for choosing your location.
Here is how to award P66 points from an invoice using X-1FBO:
First, select the 'Rewards' button at the bottom of the invoice (keep in mind this button only shows on an invoice that has been already charged)
2. Make sure you enter the P66 card number for the crew, and the promotion code (provided to your location by Phillips 66) which will award the point-per-gallon rate assigned.
Note: P66 rewards apply to any products, not just fuel
Here is how to award stand-alone P66 points from the Customer Service/Rewards module:
Access the Rewards menu through Customer Service/Rewards
Click on the Phillips 66 tab and select 'New Phillips 66 Reward'
3. Follow the same steps for the invoice section.
