Link / Unlink Flightbridge tail and company

Here’s a guide on how to link or unlink a FlightBridge tail number to ensure a smooth process.

When accepting a request from FlightBridge, you have the option to link the tail number to either an existing customer in X1 or to create a new customer.

Instructions:

  1. Click on the arrow icon.

  2. In the "Customer X1" field, either type the name of an existing customer or add a new one.

  3. Finally, enter the tail number.

Next Steps: Unlinking the Tail Number and Company

  1. Navigate to Company Data.

  2. Select Customer List.

  3. You will find the option to unlink the tail number from the customer profile.

Please scroll down and select - Aircraft to unlink the tail number

By selecting FlightBridge, the user will have the option to unlink the customer.
