Building on our guide to understanding roles and permissions in X-1, this article focuses specifically on the permissions related to the Fuel Management menu and its associated sub-menus. These settings determine what actions users can take within your FBO’s fuel workflows—from adjusting inventory to managing integrations and closing periods.

Note: This article is a continuation of our Understanding Roles & Permissions in X-1 guide. For a general overview of how roles and permissions work or for permissions related to other menus, please refer to that article for a complete breakdown.

Only users with Admin privileges can assign or modify these permissions.

Fuel Management (Menu)

Fuel Farm (Sub-Menu)

  • ResetInventory: Allows the user to reset your FBO's fuel inventory.

⚠️ This action removes all fueling operations from the system.

  • Can Do Adjustment: Enables users to manually adjust fuel inventory levels.

  • TCSHub/X-1CC: Grants users access to use the TCSHub and X-1 Cloud Connect integration.

  • FuelOnlyTCSHub/X-1CC: Restricts users from creating manual fuel tickets; they may only use the TCSHub/X-1 Cloud Connect integration.

  • DeleteTCSHub/X-1CC: Allows users to delete operations that were generated by the TCSHub or X-1 Cloud Connect integration.

  • AllowExternalTopOff: Gives users the ability to complete an external Top-Off operation.

Fuel Inventory (Sub-Menu)

  • Allow Enter Lot Cost In Fuel Load: Enables users to enter a cost when creating a Fuel Load.

  • AllowEnterBOL#InFuelLoad: Allows users to enter the BOL (Bill of Lading) number when creating a Fuel Load.

Settings (Sub-Menu)

  • AllowTransferEquipment: Grants users permission to transfer equipment between FBO locations within X-1.

Fuel Dashboard (Sub-Menu)

  • CanClosePeriod: Enables users to create a Close Period adjustment.

  • CanDailyClose: Allows users to perform a Daily Close operation.
