✅ Step 1: Complete the X-1PAY Pre-Application

To begin, you’ll submit a short pre-application that collects basic business details for an initial review.

👉 Start your pre-application here:

The form will ask for:

  • Application email address

  • Legal entity name

  • Registered address

  • Organization type

  • Website URL

Once submitted:

  • The X-1 team will review your information

  • After approval, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps

What to do:

  1. Open the onboarding email

  2. Click Get Started

  3. Complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) information

This step verifies your business and creates your merchant account so you can process:

  • Credit card payments

  • Direct debit (ACH) payments

⚠️ Important: Onboarding Link Expiration

For security purposes, your onboarding link is only valid for 15 minutes.

If your link expires, no problem—you can generate a new one.

If your link expires:

  1. Open the original onboarding email

  2. Click Create a New Link

  3. You’ll be taken to a new page

  4. Click Generate New Link

  5. A new onboarding email will be sent to you with a fresh 15-minute link

You can repeat this process as many times as needed until onboarding is complete.
