We’ve introduced a couple of new FlightBridge enhancements in X-1FBO designed to make handling requests smoother, especially for high-volume charter operators and based tenants.
While these updates can benefit any operation, they were built with charter workflows in mind.
Below is a quick overview of each feature, along with links to step-by-step setup instructions.
Automated Acceptance by Operator
If your FlightBridge settings are currently set to Semi-Automatic or Manual, you now have more flexibility with how requests are handled.
With this feature, you can select specific operators (customers) that should be automatically accepted, while keeping your global settings unchanged.
This is especially useful for:
Charter operators you trust
Based tenants
High-frequency customers
Once enabled on a customer’s profile, any incoming requests from that operator will automatically appear in your Request List—no manual acceptance required.

FlightBridge Requests Without Tail Numbers
Previously, FlightBridge requests without a tail number wouldn’t appear in X-1 at all.
With this update, those requests are now visible and can be accepted allowing them to flow into your Request List like any other trip.
This is particularly important for operators like NetJets, whose logistics reports often include flight details but may not always include a tail number upfront.

Why This Matters
Together, these features help ensure that:
You don’t miss requests due to NOTAIL
Your team spends less time manually accepting trips
High-volume operators flow seamlessly into your workflow
The goal is to give you more control over how FlightBridge requests are handled in X-1FBO.
